Body conditioning for Tango Dancers

Join instructor Eva Lucero on a weekly training session in ZOOM.
Class includes exercises to connect with your body and deepen the understanding of bio-mechanics of Argentina Tango. Work on your flexibility, balance, strengthening of the muscles group associated with the dance. Be aware of your posture. Drills to work on your tango technique, achieve beautiful leg work and coordination. This class is effective for students of all level. Specially if you join regularly for a period of time as the classes build up on each other and repetition helps understanding the work.
We stream from Seattle in our state of the art multi-camera studio. Optionally you can turn your camera on and receive feedback from the instructor.
